Fees

  • Participation Fee — €960
  • Administrative Fee — ₦200,000

The administrative fee covers guidance throughout the registration process, pre-departure support and coordination, liaison with the event organisers, and assistance with documentation required for visa processing.

Belgium Business Visa Requirements — Nigerian Applicants

Participants will require a Schengen Business Visa. Documents generally required:

  • Valid international passport (issued within the last 10 years, valid for at least three months beyond your intended departure from the Schengen Area, with at least two blank pages).
  • Completed and signed Schengen visa application form.
  • Two recent passport photographs meeting Schengen biometric specifications.
  • Official invitation letter from the Forum organisers or your Belgian business host.
  • Proof of registration/participation in the Business Forum.
  • Employer introduction letter or company letter stating the purpose of travel.
  • CAC registration documents (for business owners), Tax Clearance Certificate, and company profile where applicable.
  • Personal and/or company bank statements for the last six months.
  • Evidence of sufficient financial means to cover your stay.
  • Confirmed flight reservation.
  • Hotel reservation or proof of accommodation.
  • Travel medical insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000, valid throughout the Schengen Area.
