Yes. The minimum suite size is 130 m² — suitable for a private representative office or a senior leadership team of 8–15 people. From there, configurations scale to 230 m², 360 m², 720 m², and a full 1,440 m² floor plate. All suites are within a Grade A tower with full building services, security and infrastructure from day one.
Yes. WTC Abuja has 120 executive residences — one-bedroom apartments through six-bedroom duplex penthouses and private pool villas — available furnished or unfurnished.
